We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and professional environment for both our staff and valued customers. To ensure the integrity of our operations and maintain an efficient scheduling system, we enforce a strict ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding certain behaviors and fraudulent activities. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below. Any violation will lead to serious consequences, including but not limited to, denial of service and legal action.

1. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

A required deposit is necessary to secure all service bookings. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure staff availability and service fairness to all clients.

  • 1.1 ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit paid to secure an appointment is final and cannot be refunded.

  • 1.2 NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This comprehensive rule applies broadly and without exception.

 

2. PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS AND ACTIONS

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will be met with a zero-tolerance response.

  • 2.1 No-Show Appointments Without Prior Notice

    • Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing proper prior notice (according to our standard cancellation policy, if applicable, otherwise notice must be substantial) is strictly prohibited. Your appointment will be cancelled, and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

  • 2.2 Counterfeit or Altered Currency

    • The use of counterfeit or altered currency to pay for services is illegal and strictly prohibited. Our business will refuse such tender and immediately contact local law enforcement authorities. Using such currency constitutes fraud.

  • 2.3 Deposit Refund Fraud and False Bank Reports

    • Requesting a refund for a non-refundable deposit after a booking is made, without having used the service, or filing a false "chargeback" or bank report claiming a fraudulent transaction, is considered fraud. This behavior will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

3. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION RULES

We maintain a secure communication system for booking and operations. To protect our staff and business from anonymous harassment or abuse, we enforce the following rule:

  • 3.1 Non-Private Numbers Required / Caller ID Necessary

    • To make a booking, reschedule, or communicate about services, clients must provide a verifiable and visible phone number.

    • We accept calls and text messages ONLY from phone numbers with a visible Caller ID.

    • Calls and messages from private, hidden, or anonymous numbers will not be accepted and cannot be used to book an appointment.

 

4. VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

Our establishment takes these matters seriously and will enforce this policy strictly.

  • 4.1 Legal and Penal Actions: Any violation involving counterfeit currency or deposit refund fraud will result in immediate termination of service and reporting to appropriate legal and financial authorities.

  • 4.2 Policy Acceptance: Your choice to book a service with us constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of these terms.

  • 4.3 Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including violation of this Zero Tolerance Policy.
